ilionx levert diensten en producten op het gebied van digital strategy, cloud applications, data&AI, hyperautomation en managed services. De werkzaamheden van ilionx zijn in overeenstemming met de toepasselijke wet- en regelgeving aangaande privacy en bescherming van persoonsgegevens.

Deze privacyverklaring biedt informatie over de Power BI Visual ‘ilionx ZorgControl KPI Gauge’ (hierna te noemen: ‘de Software’) door ilionx ontwikkeld en aangeboden op de Azure Marketplace.

• ilionx ontvangt en verwerkt geen persoonsgegevens en gebruiksdata bij het gebruik van de Software.
• ilionx heeft geen toegang tot informatie en verzamelt geen informatie als de Software wordt gedownload en gebruikt.
• ilionx verstrekt nooit persoonsgegevens aan derden die zij verkrijgt als onderdeel van de aanschaf van de Software, zonder uitdrukkelijke en schriftelijke toestemming van de betrokkene.
• Gegevens verzameld door Microsoft als onderdeel van de aanschaf van de Software vallen onder de privacyverklaring van Microsoft.

This privacy statement provides information about the Power BI Visual ‘ilionx ZorgControl KPI Gauge’ (hereinafter referred to as ’the Software’) developed by ilionx and offered on the Azure Marketplace.

• ilionx does not receive or process personal data and usage data when using the Software.
• ilionx does not access or collect information when the Software is downloaded and used.
• ilionx never provides personal data to third parties that it obtains as part of the purchase of the Software, without the express and written consent of the data subject.
• Data collected by Microsoft as part of the purchase of the Software is subject to Microsoft’s privacy policy.
